Data Deletion Instructions

MACTO Loupes (operated by LAMA MEDICAL SUPPLIES FZ-LLC) keeps the messages and comments you send to our Facebook Page and Instagram account only to answer your enquiries. You can ask us to delete that information at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to info@mactoloupes.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
Include the name or username you used when contacting us (Facebook name or Instagram handle) and, if possible, the approximate date of your messages, so we can find your conversation.
You can also send the same request as a direct message to the MACTO Loupes Page or @mactoloupes on Instagram.

What happens next

We confirm your request within 7 days.
We delete the conversation records and related notes we hold about you within 30 days of confirming your identity as the account holder.
We may keep the minimum information the law requires, for example an invoice for an order you placed. We will tell you if that applies.

Information held by Meta

Deleting our copy does not delete what Meta stores. To manage or delete your data at Meta, use your Facebook or Instagram account settings, or Meta's privacy tools.
