This policy explains how LAMA MEDICAL SUPPLIES FZ-LLC ("we", "us"), the company behind the MACTO Loupes brand, handles personal information when you contact us through Facebook, Messenger or Instagram, and when our internal business tool "LAMA Automation" interacts with those channels on our behalf.

1. Who we are

2. What information we receive

When you message or comment on the MACTO Loupes Facebook Page or Instagram account (@mactoloupes), we receive:

• the content of your messages and comments, including any details you choose to share (for example your name, phone number, city, or the product you are asking about);
• your public profile name and the platform-specific ID that Meta provides to us so we can reply to you;
• the time of each message or comment.

We do not ask for passwords, payment card numbers or government ID numbers through these channels.

3. How we use it

• To answer your questions about MACTO loupes, prices, fitting, orders and support.
• To moderate comments and messages on our own Page and account.
• To send replies. Replies to many messages and comments are written and sent automatically by software that uses artificial intelligence (AI), not by a person. Our team monitors these conversations. If you prefer to speak to a person, tell us in your message and we will pass your conversation to a team member.
• To keep records of customer enquiries and improve our service.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with Meta Platforms (which operates Facebook, Messenger and Instagram), with our own staff and our service providers who help us run these channels and fulfil your enquiry, and where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep conversation records for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting order or warranty, and normally no longer than 24 months after your last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To request deletion, follow the instructions on our Data Deletion page. You can also delete your messages from your own Messenger or Instagram inbox, and manage the information Meta holds in your Meta account settings.

7. Security

Access to our business accounts is limited to named team members and protected with two-factor authentication. Access credentials used by our software are stored on company-controlled systems and are not shared.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
